Upon my week-long stay for New Year's Eve, we found ample space in our two-floor room, measuring over 100 square meters, accommodating our family comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen and the breakfast options were commendable, providing an energetic start to our days. While the room was clean and well-maintained, the service at reception lacked clarity and professionalism, with staff occasionally appearing disorganized. A confusing note suggested we find assistance elsewhere, which felt unwelcoming. The staff at the restaurant showed professionalism, enhancing our dining experience. The wellness facilities, although not emphasized, hint at a well-rounded stay, promising both relaxation and activity. With parking available and good food, Penzion Lipa serves as a reasonable option for families, balancing luxury with a pragmatic value that could cater to various budgets.
